I bought the Ad-free version but it doesn't show on my new phone.

In the game, tap Phone › Settings › Restore purchases. You just need to be signed in with the same Apple ID.

Where is my save game stored?

Only on your phone. Deleting the game deletes the save. To move it to another phone, tap Phone › Settings › Export save and paste the code into Import save on the new phone.

I don't want personalised ads.

On your iPhone, go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and turn it off for Bazaar Life. The game works the same.
