This policy explains what data is processed when you play Bazaar Life, why, and what your rights are.
1. Who we are

2. In short
- There are no accounts. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your save game and your character's name stay on your phone only. They are not sent to us; we run no game servers.
- Ads are served by Google AdMob; purchases go through Apple and RevenueCat. These services process the data listed below.
- Your advertising identifier is used only if you allow it.
3. Ads (Google AdMob)
The game is free and shows ads, provided by Google LLC's AdMob service. AdMob may process:
- Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow it in the permission prompt the game shows
- IP address and approximate location derived from it (city or country level)
- Device model, operating system version, language
- Ad interactions (impressions, taps, views)
- Crash and performance data
Why: to show ads, measure them, prevent fraud and, if you allowed it, choose ads that suit you better.
If you don't allow it, the game works the same; ads just aren't personalised. You can change this later on your iPhone in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Players in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland see Google's consent form before any ad.
Ads in the game are restricted so that content unsuitable for children is not shown.

4. Purchases (Apple and RevenueCat)
The "Ad-free version" is bought through the App Store. Apple handles payment; we never see your card details.
To verify purchases and to "Restore purchases" we use RevenueCat, Inc. RevenueCat processes a randomly generated user number that is not linked to your name, and your purchase history (which product, when). Privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
5. Legal bases
- Consent: using the advertising identifier for personalised ads. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Contract: delivering and restoring the Ad-free version you bought.
- Legitimate interest: showing and measuring non-personalised ads, preventing fraud.
6. International transfers
Google's and RevenueCat's servers are located outside Türkiye, mostly in the United States, so the data in sections 3 and 4 is transferred abroad. Transfers rely on standard contractual safeguards or on your consent.
7. Retention
The save game on your phone is deleted when you delete the game. Data processed by Google and RevenueCat is kept for the periods stated in their own policies.
8. Children
Bazaar Life is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Ads are restricted to a child-appropriate content level.
9. Your rights
Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, art. 11) and, if you are in Europe, the GDPR, you can ask whether your data is processed, request access, correction or deletion, object, and seek compensation.
Write to info@bizzy.center or by post to the address above; we reply within 30 days. Because we hold no data linked to you, requests about ad data may also need to go to Google. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date.
